YPF is 501c4 committed to breaking the grip of gerontocracy in American politics by identifying, training, mentoring, supporting, and electing the next generation of principled, dynamic leaders who will protect the timeless values of freedom, opportunity, and prosperity.
At YPF, we believe the future of our nation should be forged by those who will live in it.
For too long, America’s political system has been dominated by career politicians clinging to outdated policies and power structures. This gerontocracy in American politics has stifled innovation, ignored generational needs, and mortgaged our nation’s future to reserve the past. Our mission is clear: to end the reign of the old guard and replace it with a new generation of bold, capable, and values-driven leaders. Through our national network of donors, stakeholders, and grassroots members, YPF identifies, trains, mentors, and upports rising young leaders who are committed to the enduring American principles of freedom, opportunity, civic responsibility, and prosperity. We don’t just prepare young people to run, we prepare them to lead with integrity and govern with vision. From campaign bootcamps to policy development, from electoral strategy to legislative training, we equip the next generation to step confidently into the arena and win. Because we’re not just building candidates. We’re building America’s future — one young leader at a time.
