Truth Matters

We’ve already taken this fight all the way up—and won.

After the lower courts handed Maxine Waters a victory, we appealed. The Court of Appeal agreed with us. The California Supreme Court agreed with us. Both ruled that this case belongs in front of a jury.

Now we’re back in the lower courts, and once again, there are efforts to end this case before it reaches trial.

This case is about truth, accountability, and making sure false statements don’t go unanswered.
