During the 2020 campaign, Maxine Waters spent hundreds of thousands of dollars running ads accusing me of being dishonorably discharged from the Navy. Not just false. Not just dirty. It was a calculated, defamatory attack designed to humiliate a veteran and deceive voters.

As a proud U.S. Navy Veteran, I refused to stay silent about Maxine Waters' lies and it’s been an uphill battle ever since.
When we filed our defamation lawsuit against Maxine Waters in 2020, the lower California courts allowed the case to be overturned, even setting aside a default judgment and handing the other side a win. It would have been easy to walk away, but we didn’t.
We appealed. And we were vindicated.
The Court of Appeals agreed that our case should go to trial. Then the California Supreme Court affirmed it again, sending the case back so the truth could finally be heard.
But now, back in the lower courts, we are facing the same resistance all over again, another attempt to stop this case before it reaches a jury.
This isn’t just about me. It’s about whether truth matters. Whether people can spread false information without consequence. Whether ordinary people can stand up and be heard.
We need your help now more than ever.
Stand with us. Help us hold the line for accountability and justice.

For too long, America’s political system has been dominated by career politicians clinging to outdated policies and power structures. This gerontocracy has stifled innovation, ignored generational needs, and mortgaged our nation’s future to preserve the past. Our mission is clear: to end the reign of the old guard and replace it with a new generation of bold, capable, and values-driven leaders.
