Everyone knows America’s leadership pipeline is seriously aging while real-life issues such as the economy, jobs, housing, public safety, education, and lack of opportunity are hitting younger families hardest.
Our non-profit exists to build a bench of leaders who are closer to today’s reality, more accountable to their communities, and ready to serve.
